Retail fit out, beams and propping

Load bearing walls removed and replaced with steel inside a stripped out unit, all on props until the steel took the load.

Walls were needled and propped before anything came out, and the new beams and columns were craned or carried in in sections to suit the access through the shop front.

Steel was worked in around existing ductwork and services so the ceiling void still did its job after the fit out.
