Varied work
Structural frames one week, gates or a mezzanine the next. You will not be doing the same seam all year.
Proper kit
A well set up workshop and the machines to do the job right, not workarounds.
Small team
You deal with Michael directly. Decisions get made on the floor, not in a meeting.
Progression
If you want to take on setting out, running jobs or leading a fit, the door is open.
