Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, price your job, deliver work you order from us, or consider your job application. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Records tied to work we carried out are kept as long as tax and construction record keeping requires. Job applications are kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Who we share it with

Our email and website hosting providers process data on our behalf. We share details with third parties only where it is needed to carry out the work, for example a galvanising plant or haulier, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
