Single long span beam fabricated, delivered and craned across the blockwork to carry the ground floor.

About this job

The beam was made in one length so there were no splices in the middle of the span, drilled for the connections before it left the yard.

It was lifted straight off the lorry and set down onto the prepared bearings, checked for level and bolted off the same day.
