Welded steel shaft frame built inside an existing building to take a goods lift and its guides.

About this job

The frame was made in sections that could be carried into the building and welded up in place, then lined and plumbed to the tolerances the lift installer needed.

Openings at each level were framed as part of the same job so there was nothing left to chase afterwards.
