Repeat batch of welded and galvanised steel units, made to drawing and stacked ready for delivery.

About this job

Working to a fixed drawing, the first unit was used to set up jigs so every one after it came out the same, which matters when they all have to bolt to the same fixing points on site.

After welding, the units went for hot dip galvanising, with the hoops finished in safety yellow before palletising for delivery.
